Philosophy

A good therapist gets to know the capability of his patients and the expectations of a PC by its user. It is only then that Phil can discover the underlying problems in this relationship and develop a treatment plan for success.

PC *quot*behavioral disorders*quot*, like viruses, poor configuration, hardware deficiencies, or resource problems can be quickly diagnosed and treated either at home or, in rare circumstances, in the lab on an *quot*in-patient*quot* basis.

Often, user-PC relationships become stressed because users don't have the background required to communicate with the PC effectively. Phil's experience in education coupled with 20 years of experience working with PCs places him in a unique position to provide effective *quot*treatment*quot* to these users. He's qualified to teach in New York State, has been an adjunct professor at Rockland Community College, and served as Director of Research and Development at Lockheed Martin.

There is a better way.
